Return Policy

We hope you love your products. However, on the occasion you are not 100% satisfied, we offer exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days of receipt of items, under the condition that they are returned in their original condition with tags attached.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Texturehaus is not responsible for missing packages. Texturehaus has the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Shipping Terms

Packages are shipped via traceable USPS or FedEx.  Orders over $400 will require a signature for delivery. If a package has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist you after a claim has been filed.
